“...11 32 1st. when two of the participants are armed, L e. provided with visible or concealed arms; 2nd. when only one of them is armed and is not immediately caused by the others to retire. Among arms are understood all cutting, sharp pointed and bruising tools and instruments, including stones and sticks, as provided for by art. 69 of the Penal Code. Art. 6. Contravention of the stipulations of this enactment shall be punished with an imprisonment of front three days to one month and a fine of from five to twenty five guilders together or separately.
