De globuline fractie van het serum is bij
lepra verhoogd; deze werd hier onderzocht
door middel van de Takata-Ara reactie, de
goudsolcurve, in de formolgel en de glo-
buline test.
Yano and Asano (26) verrichtten de Ta-
kata-Jezler reactie in 154 lepra sera; de
reactie was positief in 67 %, bij. lepra ner-
vorum 50 %, bij lepra maculonervorum 65 %,
lepra tuberosa in 82% en bij lepra mixta
100%.
Postmus (27) hecht dan ook groote waar-
de aan deze reactie bij epidemiologische
onderzoekingen.
